Today I've found something from the same category, that is also mind blowing, and you'll see the true power of photoshop. Just watch this movie, and post your thoughts about this. its the liquify tool (under filters)
I think it's the 'pucker' tool. In PhotoShop. Filter>Liquify (pucker tool is 4th tool down on the left)
